Job Description

Customer Support Advocate, International Development will ensure that all inquiries from current and future non-US customers are resolved with excellence through rapid, respectful, and empathetic customer support. This person will work with key stakeholders to optimize the current process and create training for future in-region hires

Core Responsibilities:

? Respond to inbound inquiries from non-US customers (phone & email)

? Serve as the POC for future in-region hires

? Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize process for respective countries

? Document and resolve customer complaints

? Create and improve educational resources for international customers
