Social media is an ever-changing field, so although you will have some routine responsibilities, your role will adapt and change based on client needs and industry developments. Overall, your day-to-day obligations will be:
* Place, monitor, and optimize client ads across networks, with a focus on hitting KPIs and spend goals. * Assist in the development of paid social advertising strategies to meet client KPIs. * Provide excellent client service and quick responses to client questions. * Participate in client status calls. * Produce weekly spreadsheet reports and assist with more in-depth monthly/quarterly PowerPoint reports. * Actively participate in strategy and creative development. * Work with platform and API tools to create automated spreadsheet reports, including template design. * Lead client reporting, ensuring all reports have accurate data, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations. * Keep on top of ad platform changes and larger market trends to spot new opportunities to leverage. * Assist with new business pitches.
You should have:
