You will work across teams in New York and Oslo who possess expertise in the digital music industry, marketing, technology and finance. This position reports directly to the Member Support Manager in New York.

The Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for:

* Coordinating daily inquiries with global CS community managers
* Collecting, updating and communicating all relevant information for our Member Support Team about releases, events, promotions, campaigns, emerging issues, etc.
* Updating and maintaining an internal knowledge-base and customer-facing FAQs
* Monitoring ticket flows across our support channels, and performing real time quality assurance: content, resolution, tone of voice, adherence to brand guidelines, etc.
* Sharing insights regarding customer service-related trends
* Suggesting opportunities to drive process improvements that will have a positive impact for the customer's experience
* Capturing and documenting processes performed by the Member Support Team

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and at least 2-3 years of proven experience in multi-channel customer service roles (social media, email, chat, etc)
* Working knowledge of ticketing systems such as Zendesk and Jira
* Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
* Understanding of the streaming services landscape
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
* Since we have a growing presence globally, additional languages are a plus, but not required
* Working knowledge of G Suite
* Able to self-manage and work independently in a high-visibility role amidst a dynamic and constantly changing environment
* High integrity, a can-do attitude, and a problem-solving approach in the work you do
