Global Insurance Programs are central to AXA XL's offering to clients and its international businesses manage over 5000 programs worldwide arranging over 35,000 policies. The offering spans across all lines of business and our network is one of the largest carrier networks with over 200 countries and territories. Global Programs are a key pillar of AXA XL's growth strategy and AXA XL is well positioned as a top Global Program player as part of the overall AXA Group.
Delivering excellent service to our clients requires strong governance over the end to end platform. This ranges from knowledge and communication, reporting, governance and process improvements. The Head of Global Program Network Governance is supported by the India COE team as well as onshore resources (Knowledge Manager, Communication Specialist, Business Analyst etc).
What will your essential responsibilities include?
* Oversee the knowledge management function for AXA XL global programs, including tool enhancements and content governance. Drive adoption of knowledge across the organization * Oversee network communication and training strategy, development and roll-out. This can include internal and external stakeholders * Own the operating model for Global Programs (functions, processes & systems). Drive changes in processes in order to achieve performance and quality improvements. Achieve buy-in from all functions participating in the GP process * Collaborate with Global Program Engagement leads within Middle Office and other functions to identify solutions to common problems across the network. Identify continuous improvement opportunities * Establish a common framework to monitor AXA XL network performance (owned and non-owned countries). Work with local countries and hubs to identify opportunities to improve performance. Expand reporting capabilities to include other areas such as growth reporting, profitability, claims etc. Closely collaborate with EDS and other functions to provide expanded reporting capabilities * Define governance processes to strengthen controls across the global program platform (including NP monitoring etc). Work with the India COE to implement these controls through the use of Shared Services.
You will report to the Head of Global Programs.
We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
* A minimum of 10 years experience in large Corporate insurance business, including global program insurance * Strong understanding of the regulatory, tax and legal environment relevant for global program business and captives * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong project management experience - planning, organizing, executing and following-through * Ability to think through and implement end to end Global Program process improvements - at an operational level * Strong interpersonal and relationship skills and the ability to interact effectively with different internal departments * Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills * Great sense of collaboration and working in an environment where managing by influence is required
